Since 1989, Chef Leon Courtney has been a chef and caterer in New Orleans, throughout the United States, and abroad. In the metro New Orleans area, Chef Leon is best known for his extraordinary and delectable cuisine. He has an established commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

Upon his return from Dubai, Chef Leon began working on his first video “Cooking with Jazz” and a cookbook “Leon’s Flavor Cookbook”. The cookbook will be filled with traditional Creole and Cajun recipes.
